Osborne Wood Products is committed to a partnership for success. We are a small town company with a large impact in the world around us. We strive to be the leading manufacturer and supplier of unfinished wood components and aspire to be the best in quality and service. We asked our CEO, Leon Osborne to give us a snippet into what he feels are the top 3 reasons to purchase from Osborne Wood Products. We thought it best to ask the man who started it all to give our customers an idea of what Osborne offers and to tell why we are the best option for unfinished wooden components. Here’s what our CEO, Leon Osborne thinks are the best reasons to order from our company.
“When talking to our customers as of late, I have heard the following three reasons repeated back to me time and time again – our timely service, our growing product line, and our commitment to a partnership for success have summarized the crux of why someone should buy from Osborne Wood Products, Inc.
“At Osborne, approximately 90 percent of our orders on any given day are shipped to their destinations before our team heads home. When a customer has an issue or a question and places a call to our offices, they are answered quickly by a real person. Lead times on all of our products are highly competitive, and we strive to continuously improve them. Prompt and timely service has consistently been a top strength of our company.
“Osborne’s growing product line is also a strong reason to do business with us. Our efforts in expanding our offering and product development are on the crest of the wave in industry trends. With our recent acquisition of Bendix, more than 200 mouldings are now available to our customers to add value to their products and provide new design opportunities.
“Customers also look at Osborne in a partner in their business. When a customer buys one of our products, they enter into what we aim to be a long-term relationship to strengthen their bottom line and contribute to their success. This partnership in ingrained in our company’s culture, valuing customer feedback and input on products and services we provide.
“And of course when someone buys from Osborne they receive nothing but top quality and excellence in all of our products. Our customers know what to expect when coming to us for decorative wood components and furniture kits – and you should too!”
