A lot of organizations want funding… but aren’t always positioned to manage it.

And when they do win, it’s often smaller awards, which can actually be a blessing in disguise when the systems aren’t yet in place.

A lot of our client work happens behind the scenes, helping organizations define outcomes, track data, and build the structure needed to support funded programs.

I’ve found that government agencies understand this well.
They prioritize compliance, reporting, and systems—and they budget for it.

But I saw a gap.

So I created Mission Impact Management (MIM) as a monthly retainer for grassroots and mission-driven organizations that need structured support for program management, reporting, and compliance.
