If there’s confusion, it might be time to clarify your vision. Here’s how:
1. Create the Vision Together – When the team co-builds the vision, they own it. Revisit it every six months to stay aligned.
2. Set Clear Expectations – Define what success looks like for both leaders and team members. When built together, accountability becomes natural: “Hey, I noticed we’re off track—how can I support you?”

Grief is a weight that affects your entire life. It lingers in the quiet moments, in the empty spaces where laughter once lived. It can feel like the world is moving forward while you’re standing still, trapped in a haze of sorrow that others may not see. Simple tasks become exhausting, joy feels distant, and even the kindest words can sometimes fall flat against the depth of loss.

When someone we love is grieving, we may not always know what to say—but the truth is, that doesn’t really matter—nothing we say can make their pain go away. Instead, what matters is simply being there, reminding them they’re not alone, and showing up in ways that bring comfort, even when nothing can take the pain away.
