As a Content Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, conducting product research, copywriting, uploading product details into spreadsheet templates, loading/listing products on BuyMBS.com, basic photo editing, continuous website maintenance and product listing enhancements on all platforms.
Successful candidates must be work oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a desire to learn the business from the ground up. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions of Position:
Customer Service:
•Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
•Identify and handle customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
•Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
•Enter and process new orders from customers
•Maintain customer and contact data in our CRM system
Content:
•Research product information and data collection as needed for the proper upload of new and existing products
•Communicate with vendors for marketing materials
•Input all required data into a standard template via Aspdotnet Storefront
•Verify information of product to ensure they meet company standards
•Optimize new and existing products to maximize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) potential to ensure high rankings in top search engines

•Utilizes reporting tools for sales growth
•Performs other duties as assigned
•Submit all completed projects daily to the Senior Content Specialist for review
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Software
•Excel / Google Sheets required
•Google Docs
•GIMP / Image editing software a plus
•Ecommerce software such as ASP.Net Storefront a plus
•CRM
Knowledge of:
•Keyword placement and other SEO best practices
•BuyMBS.com product and category listings
•Products and a basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles
•Building products industry preferred
Skilled In:
•Organization and attention to detail
•Strong written and verbal communication, including impeccable spelling and grammar
•Efficient problem-solving
•Copywriting for web and SEO
•Time management with the ability to focus on multiple issues simultaneously
•Professionalism and a willingness to learn
Ability to:
•Learn in a fast paced and friendly environment
Other Characteristics:
•Degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing or Ecommerce preferred
•1-3 years of customer service and product loading experience preferred
