Douglas Road and Monroe Street in west Toledo ...

Concrete work starts this week at Douglas Road and Monroe Street in west Toledo. Lane closures expected through mid-November will create backups during rush hour. A Toledo resident warns the already congested intersection needs faster completion: "It's just creating more traffic and havoc."
