Waiting until September 1st could cost you more than $50. 👀

Beginning September 1, the BNI application fee increases from $299 to $349.

But the bigger question isn't really about saving $50.

What could it cost you to keep waiting to build the right referral relationships?

BNI is about building a network of professionals who get to know you, understand what you do, and learn how to recognize opportunities for your business.

If you've been curious about BNI, this is a pretty good reason to stop wondering and start a conversation.

Apply before September 1st to take advantage of the current $299 application fee.

Not sure if BNI is right for you? Send me a DM. I'd be happy to talk with you about your business and help you find out.

What if one conversation tomorrow morning introduced you to a professional who could become one of your best referral partners? 👀

Tomorrow morning, Brittany Adams takes the spotlight as our Featured Presenter at BNI Northwest Referral Network, and she has a pretty specific wish list of professionals she’d love to have in the room.

If you’re a:

✨ CPA or Bookkeeper
✨ Financial Planner or Advisor
✨ Family Law or Divorce Attorney
✨ Estate Planning or Probate Attorney
✨ Mediator
✨ Moving Company
✨ Contractor or Remodeler
✨ Mortgage Broker
✨ Realtor

…consider this your invitation. 🤍

Why these professions?

Because great referral relationships often begin with professionals who serve the same clients at different moments in their lives. A homeowner, family or business owner who needs Brittany today may need your expertise tomorrow, and vice versa.

That’s what we’re building at Northwest Referral Network: a room of trusted professionals who learn each other’s businesses well enough to recognize opportunities, make meaningful introductions, and help one another succeed.

And tomorrow, Brittany has something especially interesting planned. 👀

She’ll walk us through a live example of how a HELOC can potentially be used to restructure debt and reduce monthly expenses. It’s the kind of information that could spark an entirely different conversation with the people you already serve.

Come for the education.
Meet Brittany.
Introduce us to what you do.
And leave with a room full of new connections who now know your name.

And if you know someone in one of the professions above who should be in the room, tag them or send this post their way. We’d love to welcome them!

On National Nonprofit Day, we’re proud to shine a light on one of our own. ❤️

At BNI Northwest Referral Network, we talk a lot about relationships, referrals and helping each other grow.

But sometimes the impact of one of those relationships reaches far beyond business.

Our chapter member Ralana Ball of 4ever 4given is doing meaningful work right here in our community, helping women find hope, healing and a path forward through a Christ-centered recovery program.

Ralana has helped transform a house into a true home and safe haven for women working to get sober, stay sober and rebuild their lives.

Inside, there is structure. There is accountability. There are shared responsibilities, routines and community. Most importantly, there are women encouraging one another as they work toward healing and a different future.

One of the most powerful pieces in the home is a painting of a woman who appears broken, yet beautifully put back together with gold, much like repaired pottery.

Beside her is the hand of God, gently lifted toward her. To me, it feels almost as though He is admiring what has been restored.

The cracks are still visible.

But they are no longer the end of the story.

They have become part of something beautiful.

It is such a fitting image for the work happening inside this home every day.

Restoration. Hope. Community. A new beginning.

And right now, we have an opportunity to support that mission.

4ever 4given is preparing for its upcoming Legacy Gala, and they are still collecting donations for the silent auction. One item they would especially love to receive is a pair of Houston Astros or Houston Texans tickets. ⚾🏈

Maybe you have season tickets. Maybe your company has access to them. Maybe you know someone who does.

Or perhaps your business has another product, service or experience that would make a meaningful silent auction donation.

What may feel like a simple donation can help support something much bigger: a safe home, continued programming, and another woman’s opportunity to rebuild her life.

Today, we are thankful for Ralana, inspired by the women doing the hard work of restoration, and proud to have 4ever 4given represented in Northwest Referral Network.

If you can contribute to the Gala, please reach out to 4ever 4given.

And if someone immediately came to mind while reading this, tag them below or share this post with them.

Because sometimes the best referral we can give isn’t for business.

Sometimes it’s connecting a great need with the right person who can help. ❤️

What if one introduction Wednesday morning could lead to your next great referral partnership? 👀

This Wednesday is Visitors Week at BNI Northwest Referral Network, and we’re opening the room to local professionals who want more than exchanging business cards.

We’re building a network of people who know each other, trust each other, and actively look for opportunities to help one another succeed.
And we’re growing intentionally. 🌱

We’d especially love to meet professionals who complement the businesses already represented in our chapter, including women's health professionals, home inspectors, business attorneys, property managers, commercial real estate professionals, marketing professionals, business coaches, pest control companies, lawn care professionals, veterinarians, pet groomers, and more.

With one professional per business specialty, you’re not walking into a room full of competitors. You’re meeting potential referral partners who can learn exactly who you serve, what opportunities to listen for, and how to confidently introduce you.

That’s where networking starts becoming something much more valuable. ❤️

What does a strong referral network look like outside the meeting room?

It looks like showing up for one another.

This past Friday, members of Northwest Referral Network came together to support the Ray Gonzalez Foundation’s golf tournament, organized in part by our own Luke Kirkwood. Several businesses from our chapter stepped forward as sponsors, while others contributed their time and talents to help make the event a success.

That is the kind of community we are building. Business brings us together, but trust, service, and genuine relationships help us grow and allow us to be there for one another when it matters most.

This Wednesday, we will hold a closed chapter meeting as we prepare to welcome local professionals to our Visitors Day on August 12.

We are especially looking forward to meeting professionals who could strengthen the referral relationships already growing within our chapter, including:

Electricians, home inspectors, property managers, commercial real estate professionals, pest-control and lawn-care companies, business attorneys, commercial bankers, payroll and HR professionals, marketing specialists, videographers, and sign companies.

Only one professional per specialty may hold a seat in our chapter, which means your category may still be available.

Are you ready to grow your business in a room where relationships extend far beyond exchanging referrals? Message us today to request your invitation to Visitors Day. The right seat, the right relationships, and your next opportunity could all be waiting in this room.

Before every thriving business... there was a moment when someone looked at a space and thought...

"What if this could become something even better?"

Maybe it's expanding into the next suite.
Maybe it's renovating to better serve customers.
Maybe it's finally creating a space that reflects the quality of the business you've worked so hard to build.

Tomorrow morning, we'll hear from Ruben "Duke" Santillan with Alfresco General Construction, who helps business owners turn those visions into reality through commercial construction, renovations, remodeling, and more.

If you're planning to renovate, expand, or build...

Or if you're a commercial realtor, architect, designer, lender, restoration company, HVAC contractor, electrician, plumber, flooring specialist, signage company, or another professional who serves business owners...

This is a room you'll want to be in.

Join us at BNI Northwest Referral Network and discover how trusted relationships become quality referrals and long-term business growth.
