Little Italy isn’t just a neighborhood, it’s one of the cornerstones of New York City’s immigrant story.

As Co-Chair of the New York City Council Italian Caucus, I’m proud to stand with my colleagues in demanding that the City correct this mistake. Italian-Americans helped build New York. Our contributions, sacrifices, and legacy deserve to be recognized.

We won’t allow our history to be erased from this great city. 🇺🇸🇮🇹

Follow-Up Matters.

Today I finished my daily follow-up calls and messages with referral partners and clients.

One referral partner replied with something that really meant a lot:

“My in-house company doesn’t pay attention to my business like you do. Thank you for always following up and being on top of everything.”

That message reminded me of something I’ve believed throughout my career:

People don’t just remember who got the deal done—they remember who stayed engaged, communicated, and followed through.
