• Help you establish strong relationships with your internal or outside IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Logistics and Store Operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Determine key business performance metrics, develop reporting, and review results including but not limited to: website analytics, commerce (conversion/average order size), guest insights, campaign effectiveness, product sales, inventory management, profit margin, etc...

• Teach you how to oversee management of numerous external/outsourced business partners. Identify and select vendors and negotiate agreements on behalf of your business.

• As needed, collaborate with your internal web designer or outside web designer to design, launch, test and analyze your website, product, and event driven campaigns through e-mail marketing, SEO, Paid Search, Display, affiliate, and social media activities.

• Teaching and training of your internal or outside call and contact center to deliver outstanding customer service across phone, online, chat, and email channels. Oversee recruitment, hiring, and ongoing training of Customer Service Representatives.

• Help direct the strategy, design, scoping, negotiation, and implementation of site programming and development efforts, as well as site operations and usability: website navigation, functionality, maintenance, design, usability, creative asset management, content development, and checkout.
