These people doing crazy side work were proud to be Union. Are they paying to redo the floor they messed up.

Carpenters Union 253 written on concrete. Floating floor put in last week. Some pieces GLUED to concrete. Not all joints closed properly. Left a nail from tackless so floor was bubbled. Ripped whole floor out. Could not save it too many chips and damage. Be careful who does work on your house. They are not even registered with the state. Thats a $10,000 fine.

Truss had missed metal connector and was loose. Used 3/4" plywood and adhesive on both sides. Then used structural screws to fasten all 4 2xs to plywood on both sides

Roofer had slipped random steps flashing under siding. Flashing was only 1/2" on wall side. Water was going over the 1/2" lip. Ripped everything apart and used 5x5 step flashing. No more leaks.

Removing deck ledger that was rotted and nailed on top of siding. Rotted because of not having ledger flashing. Nails also pull out. Very unsafe.

When you change a rotted an improperly ledger board then have to pull the deck joist to secure a snug.
