COVID-19 was devastating for small businesses. We are proud to have had the pleasure of watching as Governor Kelly signed into effect the House Bill 2136 for COVID-19 related small business relief. The event took place in front of the Historic Zahner Building, home to 6 local businesses. We are honored to have been asked to say a few words and proud to be apart of the incredible resilient small business community in Topeka!

K.I.T Solutions and Create Uplift are super humbled to be a part of this amazing lunch program that we are creating for Topeka Collegiate in collaboration with Bobby's Food Co . This project is so exciting! It is innovative, inspiring, and in line with Collegiate’s Core Values. In a time where many things are changing around the world, it is exciting that Topeka Collegiate is changing what our kids eat for lunch. Not only feeding their bellies but feeding their minds and souls. We have created a lunch program that educates where the food is grown, how the food is made, and highlights many cultures from around the world. 🥗🫒🥙🥘🥗😋

Create Uplift creating amazing work!

Engage Douglas County was recently honored at a CADCA graduation ceremony while attending the 32nd Annual National Leadership Forum just outside Washington D.C.!

A graduation certificate was awarded after completing the CADCA's National Coalition Academy, a rigorous training program designed to increase the effectiveness of community substance use and misuse prevention leaders.

In a city abundant with small business success, two local, creative companies have decided to come together to create the ultimate bundle of opportunities. As Topeka has a vibrant creative community, collaboration is key for continued prosperity for all. The powerful duo brings local businesses solutions to hold ideas together while also bringing creative visions to reality in an innovative way.

K.I.T Solutions is partnering with Create Uplift to offer both logistical and marketing assistance for businesses of any size. K.I.T. Solutions owner, Pedro Concepcion, brings expertise in logistics and business development, with a previous focal point in restaurants, recipe development, and design. Create Uplift specializes in website creation, advertising, and marketing as an overall creative agency. The new partnership will assist all businesses seeking such services to further increase their success.

The duo recently collaborated in the successful launch of The Tee Box, a virtual golf range and restaurant, located in downtown Topeka. Over the past decade, the two creative powerhouses have individually helped notable businesses such as The Pennant Topeka, Norsemen Brewing Company, The Wheel Barrel, Brew Bank, A-Hann Thai, Cyrus Hotel, Fedeli's Italian Restaurant, Dog Day Afternoon Doggie Dude Ranch, Stumpy's Smoked Cheese Topeka Yoga Network, and many more.

Small businesses and startups are essential and highly important to both businesses. Tobias Harvey, founder of Create Uplift, has been a consultant with the Washburn Small Business Development Center for several years. Create Uplift has welcomed several graphic design students as interns from Washburn Tech, some which have gone on to become paid employees of the company.

Together, this partnership will bring even more excitement to a city buzzing for more. Inspired by the fantastic local businesses sprouting up around our community, one can only imagine how impactful this duo will be. Unique, creative solutions are on the horizon!

It has been an amazing experience working with The Tee Box .We have had so much fun working on this concept. We have to give a shout out to the owners Jake King , Brandon Best , Lindsey Nicole Best , and Meagan King. You guys rock! Ladies and gentlemen these are some amazing, hard working people. Lastly I want to thank Aaron J Zentner for partnering up with K.I.T Solutions and creating an incredible cocktail menu.
