Sometimes it really does pay to follow the advice of a professional. Particularly one with 30 years of experience as I have. I have told people repeatedly bats cannot be excluded during the season when they have young that cannot fly. It has nothing to do with protection it has nothing to do with the law it has to do with the fact that if you try to exclude mom and dad while the Babies Can't Fly they're going to do whatever they can to get in and they will get in one way or another. I currently have a customer who chose not to follow my advice and now has several bats flying around inside the house because they chose to go with a different company who didn't seem to think it was important enough to follow protocol. Now this customer is calling me in a panic with bats flying around in their house and wanting me to come rescue them because they can't get a hold of the company that did the screw up in the first place.
