Well... it's been a long time since my last post. Many of the people I work with have accused me of taking a long time to do some things. Perhaps I over-think the problem (or posting). So, I do not have properties to manage anymore. That is good and bad. I miss the people interaction, but enjoy the peace-of-mind. I'm getting a little antsy to do something new. Looking for ideas and thoughts. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance for your input and interest. 🤠

Nice weather here and hopefully where you are today. Getting rentals ready for summer. Not exciting, but interesting to me. Winter usually takes a toll, but this winter was kind. (not much snow or wind - for a change.) Enjoy the season!

Wow! Time flies when having fun, right? Tax season is starting... is that good? or bad? I'm enjoying the year so far and looking forward to Spring (been looking forward to Spring since September)! Remember to say "hi" to your friends and neighbors... It will make them wonder what you are up to.
