TCALC Students & Families—
The future looks different for every student.
Whether your next step is college, the trades, military service, entrepreneurship, or entering the workforce, every path begins with confidence, purpose, and a plan.
Defined Futures: Identity, Leadership & Career Readiness Experience is an 8-session experience designed to help TCALC students discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, explore future pathways, and prepare for life after high school.
This experience is for students who are still figuring it out, students who already have a plan, and everyone in between. You don’t have to know exactly what you want to do after high school. You just need to be willing to explore what’s possible.
Students: This is your opportunity to discover more about yourself, your strengths, your voice, and the future you want to build.
Parents & Guardians: This is an opportunity to support your student as they explore their options, build confidence, and begin making intentional decisions about what comes next.
Your future doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Let’s define what’s next, together!
