Throughout this series, we’ve shown you the craftsmanship, the engineering, the hours, the finished product. Now, it’s time to show you the result. What you’re looking at is just a small fraction of the podium finishes and victories our customers have achieved with OBR power over the past 26 years. Behind every one of these photos is a racer who put their trust in our products. And we’re proud to have played a part in their success. These pictures don’t even come close to telling the whole story. They’re just the tip of the iceberg. To every racer who’s represented OBR throughout the years, whether on the top step or just putting in everything you’ve got, thank you. These are your accomplishments. Part 6 of the OG series

The Finished Product

We’re back! After a weekend at the races putting our engines to the test, we’re back for Part 6 of the OBR OG Series, and it’s time to show the finished product.

Featured here is our Signature Series Reed Case Fujiwara 35cc Top End Kit.

These cylinders represent 20 years of development, dedication, and experience that Sean and Dan have put in.

Precision machining sets the foundation, but the real craftsmanship is in the hand porting, shaping, and blending, all done with absolute attention to detail.

Anyone can assemble parts, but producing work at this level is a craft honed over decades.

There’s a difference between putting an engine together and understanding the craft behind building one.

Part 5 of the OG series

Supporting the Racing Community

At O’Neill Brothers Racing, our passion doesn’t stop at building engines. Racing has always been a part of who we are, and supporting the communities that have supported us over the years is something we take seriously.

This weekend, Sean O’Neill and Ibin Guerra are representing OBR at the Go-Ped races, while Dan Silagy is flying the OBR banner at the fifth-scale RC race.

Two different racing communities, one shared passion.

Some companies are happy to sell you an engine and let someone else represent their name at the track. At OBR, we don’t just build engines for racers. We ARE racers, and we show up.

Whether we’re in the shop developing engines, turning wrenches in the pits, or competing alongside our customers, our commitment remains the same.

Part 4 of the OG Series

Today we’re taking you behind the scenes for a closer look at the machining process on our Zenoah G320 cylinders. These pictures show the first CNC operation on the transfer ports, just one of many steps involved in preparing each cylinder. Building an OBR engine involves much more than simply bolting parts together. Each cylinder passes through multiple precision machining and finishing operations before assembly. We’ll share more of the process over the next few days leading up to the finished product.

This weekend at the War of the Worlds event held at Robinson Raceway, O’Neill Brothers Racing had a strong showing. With almost our entire North America team representing, we secured multiple podium finishes and class victories. Our drivers performed exceptionally well in this international race, and we’re proud of their dedication and effort.
We congratulate all the other winners and podium winners.
