A little bit of “how are we gonna fix that?” ➡️ a whole lot of “now THAT’S how you do it.” 👏🏼

This one involved replacing a sub vent that also houses a dryer outlet, making sure everything was properly fitted and sealed to help keep unwanted guests on the outside. 🐀🚫

Exclusion work isn’t always pretty in the beginning… but the finished product? 😮‍💨👌🏼

For this week’s Fun Fact Friday… we’re staying on the spider theme! 🕷️

Did you know spiders have blue blood? 💙🤔

Well… sort of! Instead of using hemoglobin like humans do, spiders use a copper-based protein called hemocyanin to carry oxygen throughout their bodies. That copper makes their hemolymph appear blue-ish when oxygenated!

🕷️ Spider season is upon us!

If it feels like you’re suddenly seeing WAY more spiders around your home, it isn’t a coincidence. We like to say September kicks off spider season! 🕷️🕸️

As temperatures start to shift and we head into fall, many spiders become more active as they mature, mate and build webs. You may also notice more of them because their prey is still active, giving spiders plenty of food to hunt.

So you might be spotting more webs, more spiders or both… Josh has apparently been spotting them too 😂🎥
