Norse Inc. is proud to wish a very happy 91st birthday to our president, Alfred Langer!

For the last 60 years, after serving in the military – the Navy in WWII and the Marines in the Korean War – Al dedicated his life to the growth of his company. Surviving through the years has been at times difficult, and more than once Al made deep personal sacrifices to ensure Norse’s growth. But through it all, he prevailed, continuing to build and grow his dream into something to be proud of.

Al has always found moments to teach and to watch as his employees, including his son Chris, come into their own and find a place for themselves in Norse.

Al is still working “hands on” daily, designing and prototyping new products in response to market needs.

Whether solving problems or designing a new product, Al Langer is most definitely the heart and soul behind us all here at Norse. We wish him many more happy years ahead.
