To celebrate the exciting changes, we will kick off with our first PHOTO CONTEST. Just post your Cades Cove and Smoky Mountain National Park photos to our page, and we will choose a winner at the end of the month. The winner will receive a gift certificate to Miss Lily's Cafe and their choice of either a Cades Cove Tour or a Hiker Shuttle with pickup and dropoff at the trailheads of their choice (on the TN side). If we like your photo enough to use it on our website, you'll receive one of our new t-shirts. So post away, and be sure to post a comment on our wall to make sure we dont miss your photo.

CCHT is now... (drum roll)... Smoky Mountain Discovery! Still the same people and management, but with a new look and feel, and some great products. We are now offering hiker shuttles, day hikes, and overnight backpacking adventures in addition to our bus tours.

ELKMONT FIREFLY SHUTTLES ARE HERE!!! For the first time since vehicular traffic during the June Fireflies was cut out, there is now a shuttle from Townsend! And CCHT is proud to be it. Online inventory has just been updated so ticket sales are officially on. At $1 per person, they wil go fast. Go to our website and get yours now. There will be a press release this week, and remaining seats will vanish.

If you like fly fishing, Southern Appalachia, Bluegrass, and food, there's only one place to be this weekend!! We will be running guided Cades Cove tours departing right from the expo for anyone who wants a break from the action and little trip into the hills.

Live Bluegrass and Southern Appalachian music will continue on the stage both days. Food vendors will serve up a real southern meal or snack for you. Once you get here you won't want to leave. Lefty Kreh, Bob Clouser, Joe Humphreys and other notable fly fishermen will offer free seminars both days. ...
