✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Our Winemaker & Co-Owner, Cameran Birkholz Harris ✨

At Cades Cove Cellars, every bottle tells a story—and many of those stories begin with our talented winemaker and co-owner, Cameran Birkholz Harris.

Cameran earned her degree in Winemaking from the University of California, Davis, one of the most prestigious viticulture and enology programs in the world. She is also an attorney, combining scientific expertise, creativity, and business acumen to help guide the winery's continued success.

As both a co-owner and winemaker, Cameran plays a vital role in crafting the wines our guests have come to know and love. Her passion for winemaking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are reflected in every vintage produced at Cades Cove Cellars.

Outside the winery, Cameran is a devoted mother who enjoys following soccer and exploring her love of history. Whether she's developing a new wine, researching a historical topic, or spending time with family, she brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.
