Ornately decorated throughout with repousse flowering cornucopias and applied borders depicting sheaves of wheat alternating with scenes of rural farm life. Covers with repousse wheat finials, foliate-capped C-scroll handles, cast wheat spout on the coffee pot - the whole raised on cast acanthus and wheat legs atop ball feet. Four assorted monograms. An ambitious and masterfully executed service from one of New York's early 19th century silversmiths.
