Rust is no joke. It never sleeps. Always eating away at metal whenever moisture is present...
Our 2000 E-450 Ambulance has a tremendous amount of rust where both the passenger and driver keep their feet, which rotted away the original body mounts on the cab floor.

Luckily I wasn't raised under a rock, and between knowledge I've learned from my father, and working at a fabrication shop, we are slowly removing the rust. Custom floor pans I made, and now to work on replicating the body frame mount and replacing it.

Before & Afters of the massive stainless steel pool we polished.
As you can see, A LOT of scum, welding arcs, and imperfections.
After taking it through polishing process, we were able to bring it back to it's natural shine, and pull all the dirt out of the bottom of the non slip surface in the pool.
