Have a great business idea? Here’s an opportunity to turn it into something bigger!

The Community College of Baltimore County CCBC is now accepting registrations for its 14th Annual Business Plan Competition, with $80,000 in total seed funding being awarded to six winners — including $25,000 for first place! 💰

The competition is open to CCBC students and alumni who are ready to develop their business or product idea.

Participants can also take advantage of FREE workshops and entrepreneurial support, including:

* Strategic and business planning
* Marketing planning
* Financial and legal planning
* Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs
* The opportunity to compete for startup seed funding

Applications are now open for the **NourishMD Grant Program**, offering grants of **$25,000 to $150,000** to eligible food retailers working to expand access to fresh and healthy foods in Maryland communities.

Eligible applicants may include grocery and corner stores, farmers’ markets, farm stands, food co-ops, CSAs, and other qualifying food retailers.

**Application deadline:** November 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
