Tianna Miller has been fighting for her health since second grade, when she realized she was bigger than her classmates and spent picture day trying to suck in her stomach.
She taught herself fitness from a Jane Fonda VHS tape at age 7. She was introduced to line dancing at a babysitter's house for $5 a night. And she has spent her entire career helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
In Episode 42 of The Refinery Podcast, Trainer Tiana shares her journey from that second-grade classroom to competing in natural bikini competitions, teaching line dancing multiple nights a week, choreographing dances performed internationally, and building a personal training practice built entirely on meeting people where they are.
No judgment. No shame. One phone call away. And you are worth the work.
