The Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail features ten unique Michigan wineries nestled minutes outside of Traverse City and offers visitors and incomparable wine country experience. Lying on the 45th parallel – like Bordeaux, Milan, and other famed wine producing regions – Old Mission Peninsula stretches north 19 miles into Traverse City, Michigan’s Grand Traverse Bay and is only four miles wide at the broadest point. Its stunning appellation and proximity to Lake Michigan provide not only an ideal climate for growing varietal wine grapes, but a breathtaking travel destination as well. The Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail includes: 2 Lads Winery, Black Star Farms, Bowers Harbor Vineyards, Brys Estate Vineyard & Winery, Chateau Chantal, Chateau Grand Traverse, Hawthorne Vineyards, Mari Vineyards, Peninsula Cellars, and Tabone Vineyards.
