Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and skid steers in a safe and efficient manner
Move earth, gravel, rock, and other materials as needed for job site preparation and project completion
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns
Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues or damages to supervisors
Perform basic equipment maintenance when necessary
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to keep projects running efficiently
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe job site
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

Valid driverโ€™s license
Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
Understanding of grades and elevations
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Strong mechanical understanding of heavy equipment
Reliable work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
