Are you ready to learn more about our rebrand? Start here (and give us a follow!) The More You Grow Org

I had a meeting with a spiritual coach a few years ago and she asked me if I knew my purpose in life. I blurted out (shockingly to me), "I want to change entrepreneurship and get rid of hustle culture". We stared at each other and I was immediately overwhelmed by what I just said.

Which is why it took me so long to get here.

It wasn't without trying. From that conversation, I started a podcast called The More You Grow® Podcast. I honestly wasn't sure where I was going with it, and it lacked direction, mostly because I was still learning and growing. One thing that I was always sure of was that I strongly believed the current culture surrounding entrepreneurship needed disruption, so many of us were burnt out and frustrated. I still believe that, but this time we are showing up with much more structure and a strong business model.

💥Our purpose (The More You Grow® Organization) is to bring wellness to the small business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. We will do this through our vision of empowering leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners to learn and grow holistically. Our core focus is to pursue a creative way of being, and we operate under closely held core values and our own Holistic Business Framework. The motto: People first, business second.

Remember that it's just as important to trust yourself as it is to learn from others as a business owner. My default is gathering all of the information, then sitting with it to see if it resonates . This absolutely includes our strategy direction for your business as well!
