On Monday, TZG’s Eric Orlando testified before the Assembly Health Committee on an issue critical to New Jersey's youth athletes: ensuring access to quality sports medicine care and extending proven safety protections beyond school-based athletics.

New Jersey has long been a national leader in student-athlete safety, with strong laws addressing concussions, sudden cardiac arrest, heat illness and emergency preparedness. Yet today, many young athletes spend a significant portion of their time competing in club and travel sports, where these same standards often do not apply.

Our client Athletic Trainers' Society of New Jersey - ATSNJ looks forward to working with lawmakers to ensure all young athletes have access to the same high level of protection—regardless of where they play.

As Older Americans Month draws to a close, TZG organized a Lobby Day for our client, the NJ PACE Association, to spotlight the importance of supporting aging adults 55+ across New Jersey. Representing all PACE providers in New Jersey, the association brought together advocates, providers and leaders to discuss how programs like PACE help eligible adults stay connected, supported and living independently in their communities.

Wishing a very happy graduation day to the NJIT Class of 2026! 🎓 TZG’s Patrizia Zita and Chris Hughes were thrilled to join the celebration and cheer on the graduates and their families during such an unforgettable day.

As part of our client, NJIT’s annual commencement tradition, the university recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, service and impact within their fields through honorary degrees. This year, Governor Mikie Sherrill was one of three honorees recognized, receiving an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree! Gov. Sherrill also had the prestigious honor of serving as the commencement speaker for the undergraduate ceremony at the Prudential Center in Newark.
