People asked how my birthday was... here was the end result for a "Nice dinner out"...
We went to a local Mexican restaurant for dinner last night as I had a taste tor steak and shrimp fajitas and a shrimp cocktail.... upon arrival to this establishment, we (Dawn, Liam and I ) encountered a lady at the bar being hit on by an obviously drunk male. He kept trying to make advances on her, trying to kiss her, grabbed her arm multiple times to put it around him, if she moved anymore to her right, she would have fallen off her stool. She kept telling him she was married and to.leace her alone... he would not take the hint, not subtle at all... where the whole place kept staring including staff. Being what we stand for we confronted the individual stating that he was making this an uncomfortable situation for us, the lady at rhe bar and everyone.else.in the restaurant... he proceeded to escalate the situation, calling me racist, stating he was going to beat my ass outside when I left, and to meet him on the side of the building. We told him we knew he was drunk, offered to pay for an Uber to get him home, he denied, stating that I was a white racist and I was out to get him because he was Mexican, mind you the lady at the bar was African American, if I was racist, I wouldn't help at all... He waited outside for me thru our meal, I decided to call dispatch, let them know thw situation, they showed up, made sure he didn't come back in the restaurant, or he'd get charger with trespassing, the restaurant did not want to file disorderly charges... when he left the first time, the lady at the bar thanked us, and so did multiple people in the restaurant. Upon KPD arrival, he ended up calling them racist, flipping them the middle finger, etc.... end result, we helped 1 person not become a victim, and I didn't have to fight or go to jail for self defense... lol... f**k me, 55 is starting out with a bang!
