Thermal Instrument Recalibration Process for Landfill Gas Flow Meters

Just follow these easy steps to send your meter back for annual recalibration.
Step 1:
Visit our website page:
https://thermalinstrument.com/recalibration-loaner-form/
Fill out the required information and hit the Submit button at the bottom of page.
These requests download to our technicians within minutes of completion.
Step 2:
If you requested a loaner flow meter, we will start working on a loaner meter once we receive your request and have the required model #. allow 1 - 2 weeks from submit date. We will send you a loaner meter as soon as we complete the calibration process. Go to Step 4.
Step 3:
If you did not request a loaner meter, you can send your meter to Thermal Instrument Company, ATTN: RECALIBRATION, 217 Sterner Mill Road, Trevose, PA 19053
Step 4:
Once you receive your loaner meter. Place into service and send your meter to Thermal Instrument. See Step 3 above.
Step 5:
Once your recalibrated meter is completed by Thermal Instrument, it will be sent back to you, normally via UPS Ground. Please send back the loaner meter to Thermal Instrument (see address in step 3). We then start the process over again for the next customer.

COVID-19 Updates August 2020:
Thermal Instrument has returned to normal staffing and service levels. All visitors require an appointment.

We have limited our technician travel schedules over past few months, but will be resuming more on-site calibration and technician support effective September 2020. Please contact our main office at 215-355-8400 then option 3 for Technical Support to speak with our technicians about on-site support.

Re-calibration Services
Our factory is open and is performing all re-calibration services on our flow meters that require the service. We are not traveling to sites due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak in the US. Please contact us if you need to schedule re-calibration services.

Amidst the current health concerns around the world, Thermal Instrument is still open for business with precautions.

Our European Sales Partner has been forced into quarantine for next couple weeks due to current health climate in France.
