Prioritize your well-being.

Be focused.

Be faithful.

Give your best in every assignment God has entrusted to you.

But don't forget to check your heart.

Have you made room to laugh?

To have fun?

To explore the life God has given you?

Joy isn't a distraction from your purpose—it strengthens you for it.

A healthy heart isn't only free from worry; it's also filled with moments that restore, refresh, and remind you that life is a gift.

There is freedom in trusting God.

Freedom from trying to figure everything out.
Freedom from carrying what was never yours to carry.
Freedom from allowing worry to have the final word.

Trust doesn’t mean you know how everything will work out.
It means you know Who you can trust while it’s working out.

Today, release the need to control the outcome and rest in the faithfulness of God.

Worry says, “What if?”
Faith says, “Even if… I still trust God.”

There is freedom on the other side of surrender.
