Creating a diverse workforce is much more complex than establishing a recruitment plan or focusing one "diverse group". It's about looking at the big picture and engaging all employees in your organization.

For the past few years, almost every organization has been focusing on “Diversity”. This subject has been done to death, yet it seems the needle still has not been moved as companies continue to struggle to enrich their workforce with true “diversity”.

Talent Acquisition's performance are measured by "key" metrics and these vary from organization to organization.

What is your organization measuring? and the better question is, are we measuring the correct data points?

The goal of this survey is to gather data from those in the industry and report back on what we as a TA profession are doing... And maybe, we can push forward and drive consistency!
