Every time this stamp comes through our line, I stop for a moment.

Even after all these years, it still gives me chills. It takes me back to exactly where I was that morning…the confusion, the disbelief, and the realization that our world had changed forever.

It reminds me of the innocent lives taken. The final phone calls. The goodbyes no one knew would be their last. The children who never saw their mom or dad again. The families left with questions that remain unanswered today. The 343 FDNY firefighters, and countless other first responders, who ran toward unimaginable danger while everyone else was trying to escape it.

The list of loss and sacrifice goes on and on.

Most of us who lived through that day can still remember exactly where we were when the world seemed to stop that September morning.

Today, I look around and see a country, communities, and even families deeply divided. Gratitude is too often replaced by entitlement, and we sometimes forget how fortunate we are, and what others sacrificed for us to remain that way.

September 11 showed us humanity at its worst. But in the sorrow that followed, September 12 showed us America at its best. We were hurting, but we were united. Strangers helped strangers. Communities stood together. We remembered that despite our differences, we were still one nation.

This isn’t about business. It’s about remembering, not only what we lost, but who we became when we stood together.

September 11, 2001. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

😂 What’s the PETTIEST reason you’ve ever seen two firefighters get legitimately pi**ed at each other?

Not a disagreement.

Not “we had different opinions.”

We mean two grown adults who were actually mad over something completely ridiculous. 😂

Over the past month we’ve rebuilt our website from the ground up, and we’re just getting started.
