Join our team of UTZ snacks distributors! We are seeking applicants for an Owner/Operator for a local distribution route in the Bradford County and surrounding areas. This job allows you to be your own boss! It is commission-based and has room to grow with an established sales base! Our team has worked and grown steadily through the pandemic and will continue to do so as an essential operator. Hires will need to own a trailer or box truck in order to complete the job and run their own route. We can assist in locating a delivery vehicle. Interested individuals should be people-oriented and a sales background is preferred. Job includes delivery of snack-food and networking with stores to further sales and services. We are family-owned and run and local!
Box Truck and insurance required, options available.
Retail sales experience preferred
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Account management skills
High school degree
Positive communication skills
Self-motivated
Strong Work Ethic
Responsibilities
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
Collect payments
Inform customers about new products and services
Complete logs and reports
Follow safety standards
