This Saturday, we’re coming together for something intentionally different.
If the new year has you thinking about what needs to shift but not wanting another checklist, resolution, or rigid plan our Reset & Realign collaborative workshop was created with you in mind.
For 90 minutes, five coaches will offer practical, grounded perspectives to help you gently reset your nervous system, your mindset, your habits, and your relationships without pressure to “fix” yourself or overhaul your life.
We’ll begin by slowing things down. Tanya Sarvay will guide us through a gentle energy-clearing exercise designed to release what’s been keeping you stuck and create space to move forward with more ease.
From there, I’ll walk you through how understanding and honoring your personal process changes how you approach everything, from work and relationships to health and decision-making so alignment feels natural instead of forced, and stress, burnout, and overwhelm don’t keep pulling you off track.
You’ll then hear from Christi Robinson, who will show how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change without requiring massive effort or disruption.
Teanna Lambert will help you reset your finances while opening up a new, healthier way of viewing money, one that feels empowering instead of restrictive.
And Wendy Roop will offer perspective on thriving rather than just surviving, encouraging you to own your leadership role in life, whatever that looks like for you right now.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a shared space for reflection, practical tools, and realignment guided by multiple voices, all focused on helping you take a moment to reset and start the year feeling clearer, steadier, and more supported.
