CPL Class with open seats June 10th.
Constitutional (or Permit-less Concealed) Carry has not become law in Michigan.
It still has 2 Major Hurdles to overcome. (chances of our Governor or Lt Governor signing this are not great)
However, did you know that this would not eliminate Michigan CPL's? Did you know that you would still need a CPL to buy a used handgun from a private seller without a Purchase Permit? Did you know that you would still need a CPL if you wanted to carry at a financial institution and at any facility licensed by the Liquor Control Commision (meaning gas stations, grocery stores, party/convenience stores, etc)? And if you wish to travel out of state to one of the many states that has reciprocity with Michigan (Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Arizona, Nevada, etc, etc, etc) You will still need a CPL if you wish to carry there...
Please share this as there is a lot of disinformation out there.
