This morning we were late opening due to a back up on Hwy C. I received an email that I am posting below along with my response. I accept full responsibility for being late today and in no way am I making excuses. I only write this to apologize to anyone else that may have been inconvenienced. I would also like to let the community know we are not late because we simply don't honor our hours or lack of care. There is always a reason out of our control.

I apologize for your inconvenience today. We are open Monday-Friday 9 am -5 pm.
In the 20 years of business, we have maybe been late opening a handful of times due to
circumstances out of our control. Today it was a back up on Hwy C that made us 17
minutes past 9. For this again, I apologize.
We are a small family owned business with two employees who strive very hard to meet
the needs of the public. We arrive everyday at 7 a.m. to check in orders and deliver them
before opening the store. We stay late for customers, we work weekends to get caught up
on all our printing... all because we love serving our community and our loyal customers.
We strive to offer the best customer service, the most economical pricing as well as quality
products. If we fell short it certainly is not from a lack care. I appreciate you reaching out
and have a great day!
