We’ve spent thousands of years out of right relationship with the land. We have severed ourselves from the energies of the planet the stars, the seasons, and the elementals.

To move forward in this turning of the ages, in these times of trial- to birth something fresh and new and in a good way, we must remember that we are part of a wild and unruly *system* a cohesive network of beings - without hierarchy, control and dominion.

The Earth is ready for us to be in good relationship with one another and all beings- sky, land, and underworld. As above so below, it’s time to recall the power within the land and to reconnect.

The portal of earth gives rise to the wisdom that moves through stone, soil and bone.

The intelligence that shapes mountains also lives in your skeleton. Your body is an expression of the land and a manifestation of your past experiences and held memory.

In the Earth portal, breath becomes a remembering.
The Earth holds everything we place down. Nothing is too heavy for her.

There are things we’ve been carrying that were never meant to stay in our bodies. Grief, tension, stories passed down through blood and bone.

The Earth knows how to receive them.
In breathwork, we practice setting the weight down — not to get rid of it, but to let it be held by the gravity of earth.
