Models and Actors Wanted Get into the entertainment Industry today. We are looking for people wanting to get started as models or actors. They go through the whole cycle all over again.

We are on Facebook to offer you free opportunities for your input and feedback on the modeling and acting industry. We want to know how we can help improve the industry to make it more user friendly and more accessible to all. Agecies can only fund a handful of people at a time and once you are dropped you are dropped for good. You can go to another agency but why would they invest in you if your

last agency already invested the money to develop you and can't make money on you? The issue isn't that you are marketable it is that they have to make the investment in you. There are tons of gigs out there that they can place you in but again they only have so much space on their roster. So it is on to the thousand dollar projects for the next fresh new face. What about the people that never get an agent? Are they not worthy? Of coarse they are. the problem there is that there aren't enough agencies in the country that can stay in business working with talent that aren't 100% all in or high fashion. That is where Naygencies come in to play. A Naygency is a place like an Agency but you pay them a small fee for your own marketing materials and you decide when where and how often you want to apply to castings or show up to gigs. It is a solution for the masses. Are you the 6% high fashion or do you fall in with the 94% that can do both modeling and acting at their own pace? Don't be ashamed to be part of the 94%. Because 94% of the population is part of the 94%. We are the majority and that is why you need to find a Naygency asap!

Casting Call in our Troy Michigan office - Open to the public

We wanted to let you know about a last minute casting call we are holding in our office. Below are the requirements of what they are looking for. It is for ongoing work with the brand. We hope you can attend. This is paid work if booked.

Fit model requirements:
WOMEN Standard Body Measurements – Missy Size 10 Medium, HEIGHT 5’4.5” -5’6.5”, BUST 36 -38, WAIST 30-32, HIP 39-41

Standard Body Measurements – Women’s Plus Size 22W, HEIGHT 5’4” – 5’6”, BUST 49 - 51, WAIST 43.75 - 45.75, HIP 51.5 - 53.5

MEN Standard Body Measurements – Men’s Size Medium 34, HEIGHT 5’9.5 - 5’11.5, CHEST 39 - 41, WAIST 33.5 - 35.5, HIP 38.5 - 40.5

Details:

-Models will need to come to the open call to be measured and evaluated by the Carhartt team to get accurate measurements and explain the requirements of the position.

-Female models should come prepared wearing a regular bra (NO padding/NO compression/NO sports bra), tank top, and leggings.

-Male models should come prepared in a base layer top (tank or close fitting t-shirt), basketball shorts or loose fitting lightweight shorts.

-All models should come prepared with proper undergarments.

Fit sessions:

-We have fit sessions generally twice a week, depending on season and workload. The following time blocks are tentative and could be shorter or longer depending on the amount of samples we have to fit per week: Women’s fit sessions

-Tuesday/Thursday from 1:30 – 3:00. Men’s fit sessions -Tuesday/Thursday from 3:15 – 5:00.

Job description for fit models:

-Model should come prepared to give feedback on the clothing they will try on. You will be asked to do various actions to demonstrate range of motion that will help us ensure proper fit of a garment.
