Smart home products are the way of the future, becoming a more popular and affordable option. Being connect with an app to control your device even when you're not home can not only make your home safer, but it can actually save you money on utilities. We specialize in Honeywell Alarms, Nest Smart Thermostats, and Ring Video Doorbells, etc.

With Honeywell Alarm systems, a device can be purchased and added to your alarm panel that can allow you to see on your phone the status of your alarm, look back at past events, change user codes, and arm/disarm your system from anywhere, as long as you have cell service or a Wi-Fi connection.

Nest Learning Thermostats are amazing little products that can help you save on your heating/cooling bill every month. Smart features built into the thermostat allow it to learn your schedule and figure out when it can turn on/off at certain times to save you money, or you have the ability to set schedules in the app or at the thermostat so it knows exactly when to change the temperature. For example, you can have it set your thermostat on Mon-Fri to 65 at 8am when you leave for work, and it will raise the temp to 70 at 4:30pm, just before you arrive home from work. (Please see warranty extension info below). You have full control of the device on the app, from changing temperatures, setting schedules, and seeing how much money Nest is saving you.

Ring Video Doorbells have become extremely popular lately do to their ease of use and amazing live view feature. This device works like any other doorbell, but when someone presses the button, you get a notification on your phone (no matter where you are) and you can click on the notification to live view the doorbell to see who's at your house. There is also the option to talk to them/hear them, so you can say something like "I'm at work right now, can you just leave the delivery by my door".
Through Ring's cloud service, (not offered through C.A.V.I.) you have the option for cloud video storage so if you miss a doorbell or for any other reason, you can look back at the footage later to see what happened.
