Pleasantdale Fire Hall We are the social gathering to the Fire Department. We hold raffles and fundraisers to help support our fire men and women. The hall is also handicap accessible.

We also rent out our hall for social gatherings such as Birthdays Weddings Anniversaries and any other parties you'd like to have. PFH is perfect for hosting any type of event, from Birthday parties to Family Reunions. In order to secure the hall for a party or event, a request should be made to determine if the hall is available. Request for hall usage can be done by leaving a voice mail at the hall or you can contact us here on Facebook. Hall usage for parties and events is restricted to the upper level of the hall only. All rentals include the usage of large parking lot, table and chairs for use inside only and restrooms. The hall can seat 100 people. USAGE FEES: Hall rental usage fee structures:
Monday-Friday $200 and Saturday/Sunday $250
For 4 hours and $50 for each additional hour. There is an additional $50 Refundable cleaning deposit for residents inside the hamlet of Pleasantdale and $100 Refundable fee for anyone outside of the hamlet of Pleasantdale. At the time of signing the contract there is a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid by the Thursday before the event date. Fees apply to the actual duration of the event. 1hr. Accommodations will be made to allow for set-up time and 1hr after your time for cleanup at no additional cost.

💚 A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE 988 SU***DE & CRISIS LIFELINE! 💚

On behalf of the Pleasantdale Fire Department and our community, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline for donating some swag and being apart of our Community Day! 💚🚒

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is reach out for help. Having resources like 988 available reminds us that nobody has to face their darkest moments alone. There is always someone willing to listen, someone who cares, and hope even when it feels hard to find.

We are grateful for the work you do, the lives you touch, and your commitment to helping people through some of their hardest moments. Thank you for helping us bring awareness, compassion, and important mental health resources to our community.

Community Day is about more than bringing everyone together. It’s about building connections, supporting one another, and reminding our neighbors that we are stronger as a community when we look out for each other. ❤️

🎄❤️ WHO ADOPTS OUR SENIORS FOR CHRISTMAS? ❤️🎄

Every year, we see people adopt families, children, and even hospitals for Christmas. But what about the elderly?

For the 2nd year in a row, the Pleasantdale Volunteer Fire Department is teaming up with our local nursing home, Troy Victorian Rehabilitation to make sure their residents aren't forgotten this Christmas. 🎅

Last year, our community came together and the smiles we saw were absolutely priceless. ❤️ A simple blanket, a pair of socks, a stuffed animal, or a Christmas card meant so much to someone who may not have family nearby or anyone coming to visit.

This year, we are collecting for 150 residents we want to make sure they ALL receive something special. 🎁

🎁 WE ARE COLLECTING:

🧣 Blankets
🧤 Hats & gloves
🧦 Socks with grips
🧴 Lotion, hand cream & personal-care items
🧩 Large-print word search & crossword books
🖍️ Coloring books & small crayon boxes
🧸 Small stuffed animals
🎄 Christmas stockings
💌 Christmas cards

And PLEASE don't underestimate the power of a Christmas card. ❤️

We want every single resident to have a card to open on Christmas morning. The card doesn't need to be addressed to anyone — just write a little Christmas message, seal it in the envelope, and send or drop it off with the rest of your cards.

Our amazing volunteers will collect, organize, and prepare everything. Then, just before Christmas, Santa 🎅 and our Pleasantdale Fire Department volunteers will deliver the gifts and cards to the residents.

A donation doesn't have to be big. Sometimes the smallest gesture is the one someone remembers.
