In collaboration with , we transformed this outdated Donner Lake waterfront home into an updated masterpiece. The existing interior was taken down to the framing. Baths, kitchen, and bedrooms were reconfigured or added. We included In floor hydronic heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, Lutron Homeworks, , along with all new finishes throughout.
