One of our greatest events of the year has come around once again and we would like to invite you all to our gathering for this festival.

Calling in farmer and gardeners for the farmers market, anyone that wants to join the all festivities, support some local artist, if you have kids bring them along, and we will keep it engaging throughout the day.

Let’s enjoy the continuance of supporting local and being there for our community.

Just announcing our wool buy happening this week. Please be early as daily cut off will happen at 10AM. Let’s be prompt and prepared for all day wait.
Bring your own:
• water
• food
• something to keep you occupied
• stay cool
• stay safe
• stay patient

Appreciate all understanding and happy to help where we can this year with all our sheep and goat producers.

The Navajo Nation Wool Buy event has been rescheduled to July 29th through the 31st, 2025. The event will begin daily at 9AM.

Just a reminder our wool buy event was originally planned for this week but due to the Oak Ridge fire and animal evacuees, we were forced to postpone the event to the end of this month. Please pass on the message and we will be able to get to everyone left then.

Also note for the three days, we will be cutting the line-up at 10 as we will be limited daily on processing the wool. Thank you for your understanding.

**** IMPORTANT NOTICE****

We will be postponing the Window Rock Wool Buy from July 9-11 to July 29-31.

Due to the current Oak Ridge fire, our partners at Navajo Department of Ag are going to be busy for some time with the livestock and animals they are helping oversee while families in and around oak ridge are being delayed until there is a “Clear” given to move back.

This time frame is too close to be doing another large all day event for our wool producers. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding.

• Cut off time or turning around anyone who arrives after 10am will be told to come back the next day.
• We are currently up to capacity for this event with ever changing challenges but we will get as many as we possibly can.
• We would like to reiterate that we are only taking this years wool ONLY.
• Please prepare to wait hours at a time as we are moving and coordinating at quickly as possible on all days.
• Bring your own food and drinks while waiting.
• Bathrooms will be situated along the waiting line and appreciate your understanding.
• Our office and partners thank you for your cooperation.

If unable to attend, we also have some options for sponsoring as well and it all goes back into supporting our offices endeavors to continue our needed and important work.

Diné College Tuba City & Window Rock Centers Host Spring 2025 Virtual Registration & Advising Sessions

Tuba City, AZ – Diné College, the premier tribal college serving the Navajo Nation, is pleased to announce Spring 2025 Virtual Registration & Advising sessions for students at the Tuba City and Window Rock Centers. These sessions provide students with a convenient way to connect with academic advisors, secure their preferred classes, and explore support services to stay on track toward graduation.

Session Details:

Thursday, November 21st – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Friday, November 22nd – 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
During these sessions, students will:

Meet with advisors to discuss and confirm their Spring 2025 course schedules.
Reserve spots in their preferred classes, ensuring they meet degree requirements and stay on track to graduate.
Discover available support services designed to enhance their educational journey at Diné College.
