Got a call from a customer that said they had a mink living under their house I thought maybe it was a black squirrel. When we pulled up to the job and got out of the truck this guy was running across the road. set a trap and had him in the next morning. Next video is in the comments.

Today’s jobs include fabricating and installing LVG panels over gable vents for long-term critter protection. Critter Control used a one-way door, then installed quarter inch hardware cloth which kept the raccoon out for about two minutes. They would not return the customers call when he tried to tell them that the raccoon came back. The customer called us and he will not have a problem again. We performed an eviction and built the new covers for the gable vents. We also caught our first groundhog of the season.

Busy week in the field helping homeowners protect their homes and stay wildlife free. Completed a Solar Panel Exclusion job in Smithville to keep Wildlife from nesting underneath the panels. Performed an attic inspection in Galloway. A pest control company reported possible mice activity, however we found a large amount of bat guano and a couple of traps trying to catch them(mice).
Removed birds nest and upgraded vent covers in Brigantine to help prevent future damage from birds and vents.

What started out as a simple squirrel problem turned into something much bigger. Homeowner called us about a nuisance squirrel that had chewed through the corner of their deck to get inside after safely removing the animal we began what seemed like a minor repair only to uncover, extensive rot and mold hidden beneath the surface. This is the reality of Wildlife intrusion. Small entry points can lead to major structural damage if left unchecked. At the end of the day, it’s not just about removing animals. We completed a wildlife exclusion job for a customer experiencing squirrels and birds entering their attic. The entry points were located at the gable end vents. We fabricated and installed custom vent covers using exclusion pro LVG. materials to secure these areas while maintaining proper ventilation. We did an inspection today on a fifth wheel trailer and found It significant damage caused by squirrels that got in over the winter chewed through wiring chewed the lead off the top of the battery and caused some serious damage to hydraulic lines.

This weeks work at local knowledge Wildlife solutions kept us busy with a variety of wildlife and exclusion projects. We completed a full chimney and roof line protection job, including installing stainless steel, solar panel exclusion system to keep animals from nesting underneath of solar panels. we also sealed the chimney crown to prevent water damage, and installed Ridge guard and a new chimney cap for long-term protection and addition we started a flying squirrel job using one way exclusion doors this allows the squirrels to safely exit the structural well preventing them from getting back inside.
