I had a customer who had a life changing event, she came into a lump sum of money and wanted to get her new care facility room set up with technology and spend the money before it runs out. Being a computer guy, I gave her excellent service. She paid me double what I asked in appreciation. After all was set up I asked if she would like ongoing service at a fixed flat monthly rate.
