I am beyond moved on my birthday wishes!

Thank you, every single person that's in my life, or not, talked to me, shook my hand, those that took it or refused, all of you. My Momma, Beth N Shy, thank you for bringing me into this world (and not taking me out... yet), for being my best friend, my worst enemy, my guardian angel, and the voice in my head (the one that never lustens, and never says i told you so). I am because of you! Thank YOU for showing me the parts that matter I love you all! ❤️ 🫂 🙏 👣

Shy Consulting current outlook, 4/21/20.

Markets look like they’re trying to make a recovery. However, I would suspect it doesn’t last. You don’t just walk past an event like negative crude prices and no more oil storage without more of an impact.

While some states are looking forward to opening back up for business, they’ll likely find it difficult to fully ramp back.

There’s two schools of thought out there. First is that people will be able to make smart choices and self-regulate like Sweden has done. That would leave the economy mostly moving forward, albeit at a slower pace.

The second thought is that either people don’t make smart choices or despite our efforts, we get hit with a second wave of infections that slow everything down again.

I can’t say which is for certain. However, I expect there will be enough people that fear going into public as well as a general curtailing of activities that prevent the economy from firing on all cylinders.

Lest I be too pessimistic, there are trials for a vaccine starting in Europe. Hopefully, we get some positive results sooner rather than later.

Switching back to the markets for a minute, the USO ETF did a reverse split, yet is still around $3. I wouldn’t mess with this ETF. There’s a lot of issues that need to work themselves out with companies in this sector. At some point, the big integrated names will be a screaming buy. But at the moment, I don’t want to get anywhere near it.

Thanks for your time everyone. Please feel free to contact myself or a few team members at anytime at

Hello Everyone! I know it has been some time since I have been able to post anything regarding the Business aspects of Shy Consulting! Rest assured we are still well on our way to getting everything up and running as soon as possible. I personally made the decision to use personal profits and assets to fund the start up as of this moment (It has slowed things a bit as I'm sure you can understand. However we do not feel the need for a 50-100k loan to just turn around and pay it back within a few months.)

I may do some Crowd Funding and or Angel Investing. If I decide on Crowd Funding it would be tailored the same way as Angel Investing with returns or exchanges for services etc.... I would prtsonally like to hear some feedback from some current clients and interested friends, family and such so please shoot me a message or contact me through jasonmshy.com (using as the testing site for Shy Consulting, please ignore the services and do not purchase anything, what is listed now was to do some testing with our payment processors and thats it atm). Email at [email protected] or [email protected] as well. Also remember this will always for family, friends and good hearted people! We are going to be just as selective as our clients would be with who we choose to work with. This is the path I wanted to start this with and the reasoning for going public in the first place. Thank you!

For now, here is a personal perspective from myself on the current state of some issues moving forward as a whole. I will be posting more and more again now more frequently, most likely weekends for now for non-clients so please start to visit the blog section of jasonmshy.com soon....

Thanks and current post following this.

(Bloomberg) -- Stocks and crude oil tumbled, and havens including the yen and Treasuries jumped, as fears deepened about the rising impact of the deadly coronavirus.

With no sign of the disease’s containment, traders rushed out of risk assets. Contracts on the S&P 500 Index fell more than 1% before paring losses and Japan’s Topix slid. Futures on Chinese shares fell more than 5% as the country extended its Lunar New Year holiday. Oil dropped over 2% in New York, while 10-year Treasury yields sank to the lowest since October. The moves come on a day with limited trading options in Asia, as markets are shut in locations including China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Australia, due to holidays.

China announced an unspecified extension to the weeklong lunar new year holiday, amplifying the economic impact. Beijing also suspended the sales of package tours, hitting firms around the world that rely on Chinese travelers’ spending. The death toll from the virus has risen to at least 80, and confirmed cases in the U.S. rose to five on Sunday.

“I’m starting to think cash is the right place to be for the next few weeks,” Stephen Innes, chief Asia market strategist at Axitrader, wrote in a note Monday. “Any economic shock to China’s colossal industrial and consumption engines will spread rapidly to other countries through the increased trade and financial linkages associated with globalization.”

The virus news is coinciding with an earnings season in full swing. Apple, Facebook and Samsung are among those due to report this week. Investors will also have a Federal Reserve policy meeting and Mark Carney’s last monetary policy decision as the Bank of England‘s governor to monitor.

Here are some events to watch out for this week:

Tech giants Apple, Facebook, SAP, Samsung and South Korean chip maker SK Hynix announce earnings, as do industrial and energy behemoths International Paper, Boeing, Caterpillar, Lockheed Martin, GE, Unilever, United Technologies, Exxon Mobil, Shell and Chevron. The Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump continues in Washington Monday.Fed policy makers are expected to open 2020 the same way they closed 2019: by holding interest rates steady Wednesday. The BOE meeting is highly anticipated Thursday after a series of dovish comments raised speculation it could lower interest rates. The U.S. reports fourth-quarter economic growth Thursday. The U.K. is scheduled to leave the European Union Friday.

These are the main moves in markets:

Stocks

S&P 500 futures fell 0.9% as of 11:02 a.m. in Tokyo. The S&P 500 Index fell 0.9% Friday.Japan’s Topix sank 1.3%.FTSE China A50 futures slid 5%.

Currencies

The Japanese yen rose 0.3% to 108.96 per dollar. The offshore yuan fell 0.5% to 6.9634 per dollar. The euro was little changed at $1.1034.

Bonds

The yield on 10-year Treasuries fell five basis points to 1.64%, on top of a five basis-point drop Friday.Japan’s 10-year yields fell about two basis points, to about -0.045%.

Commodities

West Texas Intermediate crude declined 2.1% to $53.04 a barrel.Gold rose 0.6% to $1,581 an ounce.

Sorry for the lack of updates folks. We are 100% committed to getting the websites published and crowdfunding started for initial investments and possibly thinking of a founder's list as well. Thanks for "Bearing" with us while our outlook on the market and economy remains full on Bullish! Yes pun intended. Stay tuned for pre-publish site postings, please feel free to contribute and post ideas. Also look for crowdfunding set to come with perks or ROIs (Returns on Investments). Also we are not just looking for capital by means of cash. If you would like to contribute your skills in any way get in touch with me as we will be looking for some free-lance work in marketing, posting, promotion, coding, customer service etc.. before we look to fill some part and full time positions. All jobs are work from home until the office location is up and running.

In the mean time I will try and get a couple posts or articles from our premier partners like The Street (Jim Cramer), Zacks, IBD, Raging Bull etc... some really great investment advice and picks.

Here's 3 winners at or near buy points that all beat earnings yesterday and this morning. Make more by doing a few small options calls on these short term as they rise the next few days.

Thanks again for all your support everyone. I'll start making more time for updates and posts pre-live week (more on that later).

And my morning trades done! Personal trades... Day trade $INPX all in $522 all profit. Should hit .80-.95 today or tomorrow for $900+ walk away. (Started flipping this Christmas eve with $100). Added to positions in $AMD in long term account. Prob drop a bit more today but longterm I'm at 397% gains in 18mo. Gonna get higher all year.

Also added to $MRVL. Long term.

Free advice for the day.... do not buy into the news and let it affect your trades! Ride it out, buy the dips, the Iran BS will pass soon, everyone's waiting for Fridays data and 2 earnings midweek (I'll post advice on those 2 companies before hand, 1 good for straight trade, other for short sell or options puts). Then it'll be back to China and Trump, just hold strong on your positions.... Personal, charitable, and 2 client orders done! Morning n nap time! Good luck everyone!

CapOne with some good advice... Never forget to celebrate your rewards, no matter how big or small...

Finding the right balance between financial responsibility and living life

While financial responsibility is important, wealth accumulation can begin to have a negative effect on your life and well-being when it becomes an end in itself. It can even sabotage your happiness and distract you from the very experiences you wanted to buy with your money in the first place.
