This assignment was particularly unique, given the nature of the space provided by our customer. The customer originally had a microwave above the oven but once they changed out their old oven, the old microwave no longer fit the pocket space. It was our assignment to create a shelf that allowed their new microwave to sit above their new oven. What brang us a challenge to such a simple request was framing out their new microwave. To give it an esthetically pleasing finish. We tried multiple framing materials provided by the customer and ultimately landed on the finish displayed below. Let's us know what you guys think!

Our customer was having issues with her clothes not drying. When we arrived her unit was in an outside shed and there was no house attached to the back. When we pulled her unit away from the wall this is what it looked like.
You're unit needs the house to blow the boot air and lint outside (or somewhere designated). The back of her unit was caked with lint because each time she uses it, the hot air and lint just blows around in this small shed. It's blocking all of the areas your unit needs to breathe.
Ultimately she needed a deep cleaning of her unit and a hose to divert her hot air.

Does your washing machine have an odor? This could be the reason. The boot seal on this unit was covered in mold and the filter was clogged with pet hair. We changed out the boot seal for a new one and cleaned their filter.

This customer explained to us that her unit was not draining. Once we got to the pump we were able to see that there was there makeup removers lodged in the pump. Thankfully she caught this in time, because if she would have tried to keep running it, it would eventually cause pump failure.
The best solution to avoid this is to put small things in a mesh bag so that nothing is able to get caught in the pump.

One of the many services that we offer..... this was a deep clean of a front load washer. Our customer told us that their unit had a strong odor. Our process is usually to order a new boot seal but to deep clean the rest of the unit. This is a complete tear down, deep clean, and rebuild.

This client is an Airbnb host. They wanted their guests to be able to use the laundry without having to see all of the supplies. They asked us if we could build a wall for them, and I definitely think we delivered.
It was just the 2 of us for the majority of this job, and the weather was not kind to us, but we still did this in a timely manor. Jaime and I are so thankful to our clients for believing in us.

Our customer today had issues with their washer leaking. We were able to determine that the boot seal was not only torn up but also wasn't sealed properly. This was causing not only leaking but also mold to grow in the unit. After installing a new boot seal there was no more leak.
