Also, leaders who still struggle with confidence and leading their group! And it's not their fault, they were never trained appropriately. nds-on assistance, along with utilizing a"Needs Assessment" for their team to discover exactly what gaps there are in their leader or manager! And now, to reach more business cultures with the help they need to create an inclusive, motivated, engaged staff I'm training up and coming Coaches and Trainers to accomplish what I have, and multiply my effectiveness by helping make them successful!
