I think every foodservice operation should be a member of a great GPO. There is no downside, and you can enjoy many or the perks and savings of a larger chain restaurant group. Buyers Edge Platform is the best , in my opinion, because you can buy from any and all distributors and enjoy the benefits of no-cost rebates and discounts!
