A wonderful evening in Scottsdale with the Diplomatic Corps of Arizona for the Host Country Reveal of the 36th Annual Ambassadors Ball and Job Aire Group Inc.

And the reveal… SWEDEN! — Land of the Midnight Sun.

It was an honor to join Ms. Tina Waddington & members of hashtag ’s diplomatic community representing hashtag ,hashtag , hashtag , hashtag , the hashtag , hashtag , hashtag and hashtag among a few.

I’m especially excited that February’s celebration at the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts hashtag will include the first-ever hashtag Event held in conjunction with the hashtag — bringing hashtag , hashtag and hashtag together.

The Diplomatic Corps’ message says it perfectly:

“Where trade crosses borders, armies do not.”

That philosophy resonates deeply with my work in international workforce development, aviation and cross-border partnerships.

Our Leadership and Headquarters Team coordinated two separate border operations to resolve critical processing matters for a select group of employees. Operating as a trusted corporate partner alongside the Department of Homeland Security — and navigating a dynamic, high-complexity regulatory environment — we successfully facilitated the transportation and entry processing for two distinct employee groups at different intervals. Each group was flown in, escorted to the port of entry, and processed without issue.

We were pleased with the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by port personnel throughout both operations.

What happened with our group reflects how the system is supposed to work.

Those who may say there are random issues that are negative there are many things you can do:

1. Be polite
2. Ensure you have all documents you need at hand
3. Know all agencies can have a flaw from time to time
4. Be in the right place
5. Follow the law
6. Be confident
7. Be compliant with all rules related to your Visa
