Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of their sales pipeline including lead generation.
Primary duties include:
- Achieve sales goals by being humble, adaptable, transparent, and empathetic.
- Management level communication to the Director of Sales and ownership team.
- Introducing customers to operations and installation team
- Monitoring and reporting sales metrics
- Management of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Build sales leads that exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Ensure sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
- Evaluate and improve sales and sales administration process.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and supporting departments ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Report to ownership team on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
- Suggest improvements to increase value of collateral.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable sales experience selling both inside and outside.
- Experience leading a consultative sales process.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based position with quarterly and volume-based bonuses based on reaching and exceeding sales goals.
