Position Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time alarm technician for servicing residential and commercial security systems. Applicants must be responsible, reliable and motivated to work on their own. If this sounds like you, send us your application.
Knowledge in basic low voltage electrical, video surveillance, access control and burglary/fire alarm system (Bosch & Radionics) is preferred.
This ideal candidate possess a knowledge of integrated security solutions as well as a willingness to learn and have the flexibility to work in varied environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Service fire alarm and burglary system at residential and commercial customers
• Complete service call reports and turn them in daily at the office
• Troubleshoot, work with programmers, & service or replace fire alarm and burglar alarm devices
• Drive company vehicle daily to each service call, you must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (DMV Printout is Required)
• Have 3-5 years of experience with various fire alarm and burglary alarm systems
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and occasional OT
• Wage is commensurate with relevant experience
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Reliable transportation to and from our office
• Ability to lift 50lbs on occasion
• Attention to details
• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Minimum Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
